Q: When does the course start?
A: The first module is already unlocked. Each subsequent module unlocks each subsequent week from the day you enroll. You can click on the Modules Icon at the top of the page to see when the next module(s) will be unlocked. This is a self-paced course and not a live course, aside from any interactions you have in the optional private Facebook Group.
Q: Can I skip ahead to other lessons?
A: We recommend you do one lesson and homework assignment each day. That way you have time for the information in each lesson to sink in. The two extras days are there in case you need them to make up any lessons for that week. If you have the time or desire, you can do any of the five lessons in a module that is unlocked, but you can’t skip ahead to the next module.
Q: What happens if I fall behind?
A: This is a program designed for you to go at your own pace. You have lifetime access so you can complete the lessons anytime. However, to get the most out of the program, we recommend you try your best to do the whole program over the course of a month.
Q: Do I need a journal?
A: We suggest writing or utilizing some form of contemplation to go over the questions and topics presented in the series. The act of pen to paper is very ancient and triggers specific parts of the brain. If you prefer to forego this practice, we suggest you select any activity to reflect, introspect, and meditate on each lesson.
Q: How can I share an experience or ask a general question?
A: The best place to do that is in the private FaceBook Group. If you haven’t yet signed up for the group, you click HERE for instructions.
